Tabata's Assist Data and Al Duhail Performance: A Comparative Study The concept of Tabata's Assist Data, also known as the "Assistive Data" method, has gained significant interest in recent years due to its potential to improve physical fitness levels. The methodology involves engaging in a series of short intervals of activity with a specific duration, such as 20 seconds or 45 seconds, designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength. This study aims to compare the performance of individuals using both methods. Tabata's Assist Data Methodology Tabata's Assist Data is a popular training method that was developed by Professor James Tabata in the late 1980s. It involves alternating between periods of intense exercise followed by periods of rest, with the goal of increasing heart rate and improving overall fitness.
